How audit logging and activity logging are represented and used.

Two-layer logging

Audit logs — raw file-based logs used for forensic review (not safely RBAC-filterable).
Activity logs — database summary logs used for operational review.

Security note

Logs can contain identifiers and operational detail. Treat them as sensitive and restrict access.
