• No delete: important records are not deleted in normal operation; use void/dormant/revoke instead.
• Governance first: permissions and scope control access to churches, exports, and personal data.
• Auditability: key actions are recorded so you can demonstrate what happened and when.

Roles in scope

Admin access is typically for users who maintain churches, users, and role assignments. Some pages are Superadmin-only.
